The MC3 Babyblade was born from the idea of creating an accessible and sustainable racing car. Easy to engineer, build, and maintain with no compromise on speed. ​For the past 10 years the MC3 has been built by our customers, winning events and championships along the way.

Specifications

The Mc3 is designed to fit a range of 600cc, 1000cc, and 1300cc bike engines. 120 - 350 Bhp capable.

Our build plans detail utilising a CBR600 RR "Babyblade" engine:

- 120 Bhp Stock.

- 65 Kg Weight.

- Legal for 600cc class racing.

ICE Powertrain

The Mc3 utilises an ultra safe and lightweight spaceframe chassis:

- Made from T45 FIA Grade Steel.

- Car Weight: 290 - 375 Kg.

- Chassis Weight: 30 Kg.

- MSUK Rollhoop legal.

Chassis

We can supply a race ready EV kit for installation:

- 306 Bhp Peak Power.

- 18 kWh Battery Pack.

- VCU with Calibrated Firmware.

- Dash and Button Board.

- Combined Charging Unit.

EV Powertrain

The Mc3 is designed to be easily manageable for single individual to run and drive the car.

- Cockpit adjustable brake bias. 

- Simple aero/setup adjustment.

- Wide cockpit to allow for variance in driver build.

Accessibility

- 2 way adjustable Avo shocks.

- Bespoke rear uprights.

- Off the shelf front uprights.

- Wilwood 4 pot brakes.

- AVO Adjustable Shocks.

- Either Chain Driven or Ford Sierra Differential.

Running Gear

The Mc3 build plans and kit leave both bodywork and wing design open to the builder.

We can supply Carbon, Flax Fibre and Aluminium bolt on Bodykits. These include:

- Bespoke wing size and elements 

- Bespoke Underfloor and Diffuser.
